About Paper

Built by closers,
for closers.

We started Paper because every CRM we tried felt like a tax on the work, not a tool for it. So we built the CRM we wanted — one that thinks fast, remembers everything, and gets out of your way.

Our story

Most CRMs are built for the people watching the closer, not the closer.

Salesforce, HubSpot, kvCORE — they were designed for a sales manager who needs to forecast a quarter, not for an agent who needs to remember a buyer's dog at the showing tomorrow morning.

Real estate is high-context, high-relationship work. The deal is closed in the small details: the budget ceiling someone won't admit to until you build trust, the area they really want vs. the area they say they want, the moment a cold lead becomes warm again.

Paper started as a simple bet: if the CRM could parse, remember, and act on those details automatically, agents could spend their time closing instead of typing. Two years later, that's exactly what it does.

The work should compound. Paper makes sure it does.

Principles

What we believe.

[01]

Speed beats features.

A CRM you can use in two seconds beats a CRM with 200 features you never touch. We optimize for the speed of capture and recall, not for the number of fields you can configure.

[02]

Memory is the moat.

The longer you use Paper, the more it knows about your contacts, your patterns, and your business. That accumulated intelligence is what compounds — not another integration or report.

[03]

Real estate is specific.

Generic CRMs were built for SaaS sales teams. We build only for real estate — every workflow, every prompt, every default is shaped by how agents actually work.

[04]

No tiers, no traps.

One plan. Every feature. No upsells, no contracts. The right pricing is the pricing you don't have to think about.
