Every product decision starts with the agent. We spend more time on showings, in brokerages, and on calls with users than in product meetings.
We hire for craft. Anything we put in front of an agent has been pushed past "done" — to "good enough that we'd use it ourselves daily."
No politics, no committees. The person closest to the problem owns the decision. That's how a small team out-ships an army.
All positions are remote-first with optional in-person time in NYC. We pay top of market, ship in small teams, and trust adults to do their best work.
